Compacta regalis

What is wrong with my regalis ?

Hi,
Your compacta seems to have dried out really badly, most likely because the roots have rotted. I think you will have to cut it up and try re-rooting it, to see if you can rescue it. I think that's probably the only way to rescue it. I hope that it will be OK - it's a very pretty plant.
