kind of a thomsonii
Can you say this is a thomsonii? Even if it has really dark buds on it? I saw a thomsonii that had pinkish buds and IT was said to be a correct thomsonii and that this Hoya in the picture ISN'T a thomsonii. What do You think?
It has pubescent leaves just like thomsonii... And the over all appearance is the same. Do we know any subspecies?

It IS thomsonii (I read a lot about it). Buds are green-white ( if they are pink is not OK) and flowers are white.
What do you mean with "dark buds" ?

I mean by dark buds, that the buds are dark red-brown when they are small ...sorry, I was unclear
Re: kind of a thomsonii
oh, I must add at this point, that the color of the buds of thomsonii are dark red when they are small but they seem to become light pink when they grow.
